At Buynstamp, we strive to provide the best service possible. Due to the digital nature of our gift cards, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Technical errors that prevent gift card delivery
  • Duplicate purchases made in error
  • Gift cards purchased for a merchant that has permanently closed
  • Unused gift cards within 7 days of purchase

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Gift cards that have been partially or fully redeemed
  • Lost or stolen gift card codes
  • Change of mind after 7 days of purchase
  • Gift cards shared with or used by unauthorized parties
  • A gift card that has passed its validity period.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase. Include your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Merchant-Specific Policies

Some merchants may have their own refund or exchange policies for gift cards. Please check with the specific merchant for their policies. Buynstamp is not responsible for merchant-specific refund decisions.

6. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it may take 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
